生物炭表面水溶活性分子可以有效提高水稻的耐旱性 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
生物炭是一种可以改良土壤、增强作物产量和提升作物品质的新型农林废弃物再利用材料。本研究通过振荡方式制备生物炭浸提液,利用水培系统培养水稻幼苗,以20%PEG6000、300 mmol/L和500 mmol/L甘露醇模拟干旱胁迫,研究生物炭表面水溶活性分子对水稻幼苗抗旱性的影响。研究结果发现:生物炭浸提液可有效缓解干旱胁迫造成的水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长抑制,缓解叶绿素含量、鲜重及存活率的降低,同时可以降低体内的活性氧积累等。实时定量RT-PCR检测表明生物炭浸提液促进干旱胁迫响应标志基因的表达量。研究结果说明生物炭浸提液可以提高干旱胁迫下水稻幼苗的抗氧化能力,进一步提高水稻幼苗对干旱胁迫的耐受性。 相似文献

Nitric oxide(NO),a bioactive signaling molecule,serves as an antioxidant and anti-stress agent under abiotic stress.A hydroponics experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of sodium nitroprusside(SNP),a NO donor,on tomato seedlings exposed to 50 μmol L-1CuCl 2.The results show that copper is primarily stored in the soluble cell sap fraction in the roots,especially after treatment with Cu+SNP treatment,which accounted for 66.2% of the total copper content.The copper concentration gradually decreased from the roots to the leaves.In the leaves,exogenous NO induces the storage of excess copper in the cell walls.Copper stress decreases the proportion of copper integrated with pectates and proteins,but exogenous NO remarkably reverses this trend.The alleviating effect of NO is blocked by hemoglobin.Thus,exogenous NO is likely involved in the regulation of the subcellular copper concentrations and its chemical forms under copper stress.Although exogenous NO inhibited the absorption and transport of excess copper to some extent,the copper accumulation in tomato seedlings significantly increased under copper stress.The use of exogenous NO to enhance copper tolerance in some plants is a promising method for copper remediation. 相似文献

选择毛乌素沙地优势灌木沙柳为对象,研究157.5、315、472.5和630 mm 4种人控年降水量,对沙柳幼苗蒸发蒸腾作用的影响.结果表明,沙柳蒸发蒸腾量随着降水量的增加而逐渐增大,从157.5 mm增至630 mm,日蒸散量分别为1.63、3.11、4.37和5.66 mm,其中沙地蒸发量占主要部分.少量降水时,幼苗蒸腾速率明显呈现"午睡”现象,而充足降水则能消除"午睡”现象.相关分析结果表明,环境因子,如沙地含水率、太阳有效辐射、大气温度和饱和水汽压差,以及植物因素,如叶面积指数、叶片温度和气孔导度等,均能显著影响沙柳的蒸腾作用. 相似文献

清水或 DPC 200ppm 溶液浸种培养的棉花幼苗在移栽时用含 Ca~(2+)30ppm 的 CaCl_2溶液漫根2小时处理,栽后8天观察发现,两种浸种方式,Ca~(2+)均能促进棉苗侧根的发生,并提高根系 IAA 含量。但 Ca~(2+)处理 DPC 降低根对棉酚含量的效应无明显影响。上述试验结果显示出 Ca~(2+)与诱导棉苗侧根发生和调节根系 IAA 水平之间存在着某些内在的联系,这可能涉及到 Ca~(2+)·CaM系统(胞内第二信使系统)与植物激素效应之间的关系。 相似文献

The structure of a tree seedling population is dependent on the interaction of several processes including seed dispersal, germination, survival, and competition on a physical landscape. Structural components (composition, size distributions, spatial distributions, age distributions, density, and history) of a tree seedling population on the Muddy River Lahar on the east side of Mount St. Helens were examined over a range of extents (1/10 m to 1000 m). Many of these component have rarely been examined at the larger extents listed here. Composition reflected distances to seed source and seed morphology. Seedling sizes are inversely proportional to depth to a buried soil if one existed. Spatial patterns indicated that seedling are clustered for tree seedlings less than 200 m apart, random for tree seedling from 200 m to 400 m and uniform for seedling greater than 400 m apart. This was confirmed by two measures of multidimensional spatial point pattern. Age distributions did not reflect the size distributions; old seedlings could be almost any size, young seedlings were constrained to be small in size. Densities appear to be typical for forests in the area. History of disturbance events (the lahar establishment, and successive ash, pumice, and erosion) has strongly influenced this tree seedling community. 相似文献

Abstract Only a few studies have been conducted in which regenerability of barley has been examined. In the current study, 17 barley genotypes (nine two-row malting type: Aster, Emon, Ruen, Jubiley, PV101, Körten, Krassi 2, Perun and Igri, and eight six-row feed types: Karnobat, Hemus, Jerun, Veslets, Aheloi 2, Diana, Panagon, and Izrgev) were evaluated for tissue-culture response from seedlings during a three-year period. Regenerable calli were obtained from all tested genotypes. Although there was much variation in regeneration capacity among the cultivars, plants were obtained from all cultivars. The majority of green plants grown to maturity were fertile and normal in appearance. The frequency of embryogénie callus induction and regenerability was influenced by genotype and growth conditions of the donor plants. Genotype was the most important determinant of the in vitro response. The best in vitro performance, based on ability to form regenerable calli and to regenerate plants was observed for Ruen, Aster, and Emon. 相似文献
